The City of California is seeking vendors to provide comprehensive concert production, staging, audio and visual, and event technical services for city-sponsored special events in 2026 and 2027. The selected consultant will be responsible for delivering complete staging solutions, including roof structures, sound reinforcement, lighting, video display systems, portable power, technical staffing, and all necessary production management services to ensure professionally executed, safe, and code-compliant concerts at various city locations.
Scope of work includes production management and coordination, installation of stage systems, roof and truss structures, sound reinforcement systems, lighting systems, LED video walls, provision of portable power, and technical personnel. The contract term is for one year.
