(1) Vendor needs to provide concert production service. • Provide concert production services for our upcoming events at Lock 9 Park, from May to September, each year during 2026–2028, with a possible renewal for 2029–2031. • Concert Series features free community concerts, averaging over 1,200 attendees per event, with peak attendance reaching approximately 2,000. • Execution: Execute the concert in accordance with the pre–approved plan. • Setup & Safety: Set up and inspect the stage prior to the event to ensure proper safety protocols are followed.
