Concert Production Service

The City of Ohio is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide concert production services for a series of free community concerts held at Lock 9 Park. The service period covers events taking place annually from May through September during the years 2026 to 2028, with an option for renewal through 2031.

Each concert typically welcomes more than 1,200 attendees, with peak attendance reaching up to 2,000 people. The selected vendor will be responsible for executing all production aspects according to pre-approved plans, which include comprehensive coordination and on-site delivery for each event.

Key responsibilities include the setup and thorough inspection of the stage prior to each concert to ensure strict adherence to safety protocols. Vendors with experience in large-scale event production and community-focused programming are encouraged to submit proposals.
