(1) Vendor needs to provide computing facility construction manager as agent services to the government authority located in Buffalo, NY.– Provide overall administration, coordination, monitoring, and inspection of the work of the contractors for the projects. – Maintain a competent full–time onsite staff for construction contract administration and inspection at the site of the projects. – Monitor the consultant’s coordination, review, and distribution of contract documents, including revised drawings and specifications. – Assist with the monitoring of all correspondence of and written communications from the contractors and consultants. – Review and approve site logistics narratives and plans submitted by the contractors. – Perform on–site observations of the progress and quality of work, until final completion and acceptance of the Projects. – Assist in the inspection of the projects, jointly with the owner and consultant, thirty to forty–five calendar days prior to the time that the owner is to take over, use, occupy, or operate any part or all of the projects. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 11, 2025. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
