The Massachusetts Authority is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a computerized ticketing and distribution solution. The system must enable users to create accounts, manage ticket orders, and experience a consistent, responsive interface across all devices.

The solution should support the sale of ticket packages and allow for seat assignment when tickets are purchased online. Integration capabilities for analytics tools such as Google Analytics are also required, enabling the Authority to track user journeys from advertisement interaction to point of sale.

All vendor inquiries must be submitted by February 12, 2026. The resulting contract will have a duration of three years.
