(1) Vendor needs to provide computerized maintenance management system. – To modernize its facilities maintenance operations and enhance the management of city properties, improve preventative maintenance practices and streamline work order and service request processes through the implementation of a Computerized Maintenance Management System solution. – Currently, maintenance activities are coordinated through manual processes, paper records, and a general–purpose ticketing system that lacks maintenance and asset management functionality. – To implement a CMMS system for the Facilities, Parks & Properties Department that provides a centralized platform for asset management, preventive maintenance scheduling and execution, work order management, and performance reporting.
