A Georgia agency is seeking qualified vendors to supply computer tablets, educational pamphlets, bookmarks, and various promotional items to support student engagement and outreach initiatives. This procurement aims to enhance student outcomes by providing resources that improve access to technology and educational materials, foster community awareness, and increase participation in educational programs.

Required products include Android 13 tablets (or equivalent) featuring a 10.1-inch 1280x800 IPS FHD touchscreen, quad-core processor, 4GB RAM, 32GB ROM with expandable storage, and both front (5MP) and rear (8MP) cameras, supporting Bluetooth and WiFi connectivity. Educational pamphlets are to be standard letter size (8.5” x 11”), tri-folded, produced on 100 lb glossy or matte finished text paper, in full color with a kid-friendly design. Bookmarks should measure 2” x 6”, be printed on 14 pt cardstock with a glossy or matte finish, also in full, vibrant color suitable for children.

Additionally, promotional t-shirts for youth are required, made from soft and breathable 100% cotton or cotton/poly blends. The shirts should be available in a range of youth sizes (XS to XL) and manufactured in bright, child-friendly colors such as blue, green, yellow, and red.
