The University System of New Hampshire (USNH) is seeking a vendor to deliver comprehensive, system-wide Customer Relationship Management (CRM) implementation and alignment services. This project focuses on strategically aligning, implementing, and operationalizing a CRM platform designed to enhance recruitment, admissions, and student lifecycle engagement across all university institutions.
Key requirements include the integration and configuration of multi-application groups such as CommonApp, Liaison CAS, and LSAC, ensuring seamless compatibility for all USNH student populations. The selected vendor will manage data extraction, migration, and data-mapping of at least five years’ worth of enrollment data from existing enrollment CRMs. Additional deliverables involve establishing role-based access controls with comprehensive documentation, and facilitating integrations with platforms such as Workday SIS, institution-specific LMS, MS Outlook, advertising platforms, and marketing websites.
The project scope also encompasses the development of an applicant portal to support status checks, checklist completion, document uploads, and single sign-on authentication. Vendors must provide a financial aid award letter portal in compliance with financial regulations and university models, as well as solution capabilities for application review workflows and reviewer portals.
