Seeking a provider for diverse print and mail services for a two-year contract with a government authority in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

Must have a physical production location within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or within 100 miles of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania
Must document or demonstrate minimal annual sales revenue of $3,000,000 for Print and Mail Services for the last three calendar years
Must provide ten physical samples of all commonly used Collateral Items by July 14th, 2026
Must identify a full-time Contract Manager and a backup manager
Must procure and maintain specified insurance coverage including Workers' Compensation, Commercial General Liability, Errors and Omissions, and Fidelity/Commercial Crime insurance
Must be able to provide high-quality and high-volume printing services
Must be able to provide data acquisition for consumer or other mailing lists
Must be able to manage all aspects of mail fulfillment including address verification and scrubbing
Must be able to process direct-to-consumer mail campaigns for postage discounts via drop-ship services
