Comprehensive Medical, Prescription Drug, Dental and Vision Solution

This RFP seeks vendors to deliver a comprehensive medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision benefits solution. The selected partner(s) will provide high-quality, cost-effective medical and prescription drug coverage designed to protect the organization’s self-funded plan while ensuring robust financial risk mitigation. Dental and vision benefits should also be administered efficiently and affordably for employees and their dependents.

Vendors are required to evaluate current medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision offerings against enhanced marketplace options, offering recommendations for plan improvements. Superior claims and risk management services, ongoing support, and exceptional member services are expected. Vendors can submit proposals for any or all of the coverage lines, and multiple awards may be made based on evaluation criteria.

Key responsibilities include medical claim administration, seamless integration with point solutions, pharmacy benefit manager claim administration, and timely notification to members regarding formulary changes and cost containment initiatives. Additionally, vendors must support effective dental benefit management and ensure broad network access for covered individuals.
