Ector County
Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The County is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive inmate communication system for its detention facilities. The solution must integrate a variety of services, including inmate telephone services with monitoring and recording, electronic messaging (e-messaging), secure inmate tablet solutions, video visitation, mail management, and commissary services. The platform should be secure, user-friendly, and fully compliant with all relevant regulations and security standards.
The selected provider will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration and data migration—including the preservation of historical records, secure transfer and configuration of messaging and tablet solutions, and transition of inmate accounts and communication access. The system must offer real-time or near real-time monitoring tools across all communication platforms, robust data retention and reporting tools, and 24/7 customer support. Ongoing system reliability, maintenance, and training are critical aspects of the contract, which will run for one year.
