(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive emergency management and continuity of operations planning software. – This Project includes updating and enhancing the agency’s existing Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan (CEMP), migrating the current Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP) to the new software solution, and fully integrating the COOP with the updated CEMP within the selected solution. – The desired software solution must consolidate all CEMP and COOP data into a single, integrated solution that centralizes plan–related information to improve consistency, accessibility, and administrative control. – The solution must support the generation of both scheduled and ad–hoc reports and display key performance metrics through a clearly structured, role–based dashboard interface. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 03, 2025.
