KEY REQUIREMENTS

Must have 5 or more years of direct corporate experience with management and administration of CCaR within Department of War organizations
Must have a pool of qualified CCaR personnel on staff with the Certified CCaR Administrator certification
Proposed CCaR Analyst must be a Certified CCaR Administrator

DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will provide comprehensive support services for the Comprehensive Cost and Requirements (CCaR) System database for the 705th Combat Training Squadron (705 CTS). Responsibilities include managing the CCaR database through tasks such as database configuration, daily reconciliation of Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) data, data input, the generation of a variety of reports, and the development and delivery of user training. Functional and technical support must be offered both on-site, with the contractor acting as the primary CCaR expert within the 705 CTS.

The vendor will oversee all daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual activities necessary to maintain system availability for squadron use. Additional duties include analyzing and validating government-proposed CCaR business process approval flows, budget definitions, business rules, user privileges, custom fields, and other system processes to ensure proper integration within CCaR.
