The State of New Jersey is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive Contract Management System (CWS) designed to streamline and enhance contract writing and administration. The solution must integrate seamlessly with key federal systems, including but not limited to the System for Award Management (SAM), Federal Procurement Data System (FPDS), and the General Services Administration (GSA) Forecasting Tool. Additionally, the CWS should connect with internal financial management systems, procurement databases, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, ensuring consistent data and minimizing redundant entry.

Robust enterprise-grade security is required, with the system adhering to federal information security standards to safeguard sensitive data through asynchronous security measures. The system should also employ AI-driven automation to significantly reduce manual tasks, increase operational efficiency, and enhance data accuracy via automated validation processes.
