(1) Vendor needs to provide a comprehensive Application platform with CRM to support the admissions workflows. The purpose of this RFP is to identify a vendor capable of delivering modern, secure, scalable vendor that includes online application forms, workflow automation, communication systems, and integration capabilities aligned. The CRM solution must support, provide, include but not limited to the following: Online Application Management: The Awarded Proposer must provide a fully functional, online application platform that support multiple program types: Graduate degree programs (PhD, MS, Certificates). Post-baccalaureate programs. Summer undergraduate research programs. The system must: Allow program-specific application configurations. Support multiple application cycles. Provide applicant portals for uploading documents, requesting recommendations, viewing status, and responding to admission decisions. Enable administrative user roles and permissions. Preconfigured Workflows and Review Processes: Prebuilt workflow templates specific to graduate admissions. Review processes for faculty, committees, and administrative staff. Configurable routing rules, scoring rubrics, and decision review forms. Technical Requirements: System Architecture: Cloud-hosted SAAS environment. High availability (99.5% or better). Data encryption in transit and at rest. Reporting and Analytics: Configurable dashboards. Exportable reports (CSV, Excel, PDF). Drill-down analytics on applications, demographics, and engagement. User Experience Requirements: ADA/508 compliance. Responsive design for mobile and web. Intuitive applicant portal. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 11, 2026.
