(1) Vendor needs to provide community outreach services for core grant.– Stakeholder engagement/public input/design and education– Facilitation of door–to–door outreach and flyers posted at local businesses for adjacent homes and businesses surrounding the project sites– Organize and work with the city to hold public meetings to review the nature of removals, best management practices, and species to be planted and the need for volunteers– Lead design charettes that inform planting plans– Create education and training materials to educate people of all ages on how to identify, pick, and process forgeable trees and shrubs planted through this project (2) A non–mandatory pre–proposal meeting will be held on January 27, 2026. (3) All questions must be submitted no later than February 10, 2026.
