DESCRIPTION

The selected consultant will conduct a community needs assessment focused on evaluating services currently available to youth aged 24 and younger. The consultant will use existing information, data, community feedback, and prior efforts to identify gaps and inform recommendations.

The consultant will also develop a three-year strategic investment plan to guide the fund’s grant-making processes.
