DESCRIPTION


The selected consultant will conduct a community needs assessment focused on evaluating services currently available to youth aged 24 and younger. The consultant will use existing information, data, community feedback, and prior efforts to identify gaps and inform recommendations.

The consultant will also develop a three-year strategic investment plan to guide the fund’s grant-making processes. The plan will establish funding priorities, prioritized funding strategies, themes, desired impacts or outcomes, and methods for overseeing and evaluating the fund and supported programs.

Community engagement is a core component of the work. The consultant will lead engagement opportunities, particularly with youth and the general public, and ensure that facilitators are qualified to work effectively with diverse populations.
