The selected vendor is required to provide community engagement exchange services, integrating program goals into all aspects of design and implementation. Emphasis must be placed on maximizing concrete, measurable impacts in participants’ home communities, within both the United States and participants’ respective countries.
Responsibilities include developing and maintaining a digital platform for resource sharing and communication among host organizations and participants. The service provider will create and support comprehensive strategies for host engagement, facilitate strong leadership and skill-building components within program activities, as well as promote and support community-based projects.
The vendor must also develop a merit-based recruitment campaign targeting eligible Americans for the program’s reciprocal component and provide resources to assist participants in developing and implementing initiatives in their home communities.
