The agency is seeking a vendor to provide community communication services in support of its promise scholarship program. The selected firm will help communicate the program’s purpose, progress, outcomes, and value to the community with the goal of increasing awareness, maximizing student enrollment, and supporting public reporting.
Scope of work includes maintaining and updating the existing public-facing website with program information, community updates, annual evaluation materials, quarterly reports, and other approved content. The vendor will also create quarterly community reports and develop or update branding and communication materials such as templates, graphics, flyers, mailers, website content, presentation materials, and community updates.
In addition, the vendor will produce and mail approved bilingual informational materials to resident households or mailing addresses within agency zip codes and conduct a social media geofencing campaign targeting those same zip codes. Questions are due by May 22, 2026.
