Vendor needs to provide communications plan and rebrand project services.– Develop a comprehensive citywide communications plan that aligns with the city’s resources and staff capacity.– The plan should include long–term goals, strategies, and recommendations to guide communications over an extended timeframe.– Review existing plans, studies, and reports to inform a refreshed visual identity.– Develop key deliverables such as a new logo, brand guidelines, and guidance on how branding elements should be applied across city communications.– This phase may also include conducting a community input survey and engaging stakeholders to support the rebranding process.– Develop a three– to five–year external and internal strategic communications plan with goals,priorities, timelines, budget, and a comprehensive roll–out strategy.
