The selected vendor will provide comprehensive communications and engagement plan services for district projects and programs. Responsibilities include creating communication templates, such as key messages and outreach strategies for events, projects, and crisis situations. The vendor will be tasked with developing best practices for using social media, alert messages, and surveys, while generating ideas for planned social media posts and campaigns to help build a greater regional presence on platforms.
