DESCRIPTION

A vendor is sought to design, implement, and support a Common Use Self-Service (CUSS) kiosk software platform that delivers secure, reliable, and efficient passenger-facing services. The platform must facilitate a shared-use environment where multiple airlines can offer services such as check-in, boarding pass issuance, baggage tag printing, and ancillary services through a unified kiosk solution.

The software must provide centralized management of kiosk applications, configurations, device interfaces, user interface standards, and operational policies. It is required that the platform function solely as a transactional intermediary, interfacing between passenger actions and airline systems without storing records. Integration with airline departure control systems is necessary to support core passenger processing functions. The solution should operate exclusively as an application runtime and device interface layer.

Questions related to this RFP must be submitted by July 2, 2026. An optional pre-bid meeting will be held on June 26, 2026. The resulting contract will span three years.
