The work includes maintenance, upgrades, repairs, inventory management, and coordination with airlines and technology manufacturers.

DESCRIPTION

This solicitation seeks a vendor to provide a turnkey common use systems solution in California, including replacement of end-of-life hardware and software and ongoing day-to-day maintenance and support. The scope covers Common Use Passenger Processing Systems (CUPPS), Common Use Self Service (CUSS) kiosks, biometrics, application programming interfaces (APIs), Multi-Use Flight Information Displays (MUFIDS), resource management systems, and other third-party software required to support the common use environment in its entirety.

The selected vendor will be responsible for airline support, preventive maintenance, hardware and software upgrades, licensing, warranties, equipment repairs, new equipment installation, printers, parts, supplies, paper stock, inventory tracking and ordering, and maintaining a stock room for rapid response to failures. The environment includes shared-use/CUPPS platforms supporting ticketing and gate operations, Amadeus Airport Cloud Use Service (ACUS) components such as servers, clients, workstations, printers, keyboards with credit card and passport readers, and monitors.

The scope also includes support coordination for ICM Biometric FacePods integrated with U.S. Customs and Border Protection Traveler Verification Service and airline Departure Control Systems for biometric boarding, as well as CUSS kiosks used for passenger check-in, boarding pass issuance, and bag tag issuance. Additional systems include MUFIDS and related display infrastructure, along with Flight Information Display Systems (FIDS), Gate Information Display Systems (GIDS), Baggage Information Display Systems (BIDS), advertising display systems, and associated thin-client and WiFi-supported infrastructure.
