The City of Orlando is seeking a five-year contract for preventative maintenance and repair services for commercial doors and gates at government facilities.

Must be an authorized dealer, distributor, or representative of the manufacturer for the brand/model being bid
Must have a minimum of one (1) year of experience performing similar work
Must assign a minimum of two (2) primary technicians and two (2) backup technicians to service each lot
Must provide American Association of Automatic Door Manufacturers (AAADM)-certified technicians for work on Lot B
Must have a Supervisor with a minimum of five (5) years of verifiable experience
Must provide a 24-hour point of contact with a staffed telephone number
Must maintain valid insurance coverage as specified in the solicitation
