DESCRIPTION

Montgomery College is procuring a centralized, cloud-based ticketing and patron-management solution to support various activities including performing arts, athletics, commencement, and alumni events. The system must provide integrated event management, online ticket sales, payment processing, reserved seating, electronic ticket delivery, access validation, and reporting. The initial contract term is one year, with the option for four additional one-year renewals.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Must be a cloud-based ticketing and patron-management solution.
Must support multiple distinct accounts, programs, venues, and business units within a single environment.
Must be a TouchNet Ready Partner and integrate with TouchNet payment gateway.
Must provide robust Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
Must support mobile ticketing, electronic ticket delivery, and barcode or QR-code validation.
Must provide an Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR) or Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) demonstrating conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA or higher.
Must provide evidence of security program and posture, including a current SOC 2 Type 2 report.
Must encrypt data at rest using AES-128 or greater and data in-transit using TLS 1.2 or greater.
Must have a minimum of five years of experience providing cloud-based ticketing systems for colleges, universities, or performing arts venues.
Must provide three client references from the past three years.
Must be registered with the State Department of Assessments and Taxation in Maryland.
Must maintain cyber liability and technology errors and omissions insurance with limits not less than $3,000,000.
