DESCRIPTION

A contract opportunity is available for the development of a collaborative autonomy software framework. The successful vendor will deliver an open-architecture software stack designed to enable collaborative, autonomous functionalities across a variety of both crewed and uncrewed systems. This includes developing, coding, and maintaining a complex, collaborative swarming autonomy baseline, as well as providing and sustaining a mature and secure DevSecOps environment. The DevSecOps environment must feature a robust continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipeline for all software development, testing, and delivery activities.

Vendors will be responsible for the regular development and release of a Software Development Kit (SDK) and application programming interfaces (APIs), supporting modular capability additions by external developers. Other responsibilities include multi-domain software and hardware integration (encompassing air, land, and maritime domains) and conducting multi-UAV autonomous flight testing for demonstration and fielding. The engagement involves developing and managing a government-owned software architecture while actively integrating advanced algorithms. The period of performance for this contract is five years.
