(1) Vendor needs to provide CMS modernization and migration service. • Replace the current content management system (CMS) with Crafter CMS to offer a modern, easy-to-use, drag-and-drop, low/no code CMS. • Improve content management ease and efficiency, ensure digital accessibility, and streamline website publishing workflows for website and its associated subdomains managed. • Migrating all existing layouts, content, assets, users, permissions and workflows from to Crafter CMS. • Building all current CTDs and V3 components from EDU Guide into Crafter for easy drag-and-drop use. • HTML (not full CSS) should be available to IT Digital team administrators and superusers. • Configuring Crafter CMS to support current and future website functionality. • Ensuring seamless integration with existing systems (e.g., authentication, Profile+, elastic search, etc.) as well as third-party platforms (e.g., Taggbox, Localist, analytics, marketing tools, etc).
