Must be a certified small business vendor under the Small Business Reserve (SBR) program
Must be an authorized reseller for the manufacturer (Cloudflare)
Must provide a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid
Must ensure proposed COTS software is virus free
Must submit bids password-protected via email
Must provide estimated ship date/lead time for each item
