Vendor needs to provide cloud migration information technology system. – Assessment: Assess the current infrastructure, applications, integrations, and data dependencies to establish a comprehensive understanding of the existing environment; – Design: Design a target Microsoft Azure architecture that enhances system performance, cybersecurity, reliability, and compliance with applicable federal standards and policies; – Migration Strategy: Develop and implement a detailed migration strategy that minimizes operational disruption and ensures continuity of national transplant operations; – Execution: Execute the migration and configuration of all in–scope OPTN components within the Azure environment; and – Validation: Ensure the continuity, accuracy, and integrity of all OPTN data and services throughout and following the transition.
