(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–hosted learning experience platform implementation, maintenance and support solution. • Engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a Single–Party Framework Agreement for the implementation, maintenance and support of a Learning Experience Platform (LXP) and related services. • A cloud hosted (vendor or self–hosted) solution for the Contracting Authority learning needs • Implementation of the service(s), including migration of legacy data from the Contracting Authorities existing learning systems. • Robust data governance and cyber security continuous monitoring and incident response • Facilitate communication between instructors and students through messaging, discussion forums and announcements. • Automatic reminder, via email and platform, to both instructor and student when papers or assignments are due or past due.
