(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–hosted enterprise resource planning solution.– Supply, installation, training and technical support for an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution.– ERP software will need to integrate with the applications and systems.– Human resources, payroll and financial information system software, including project costing and work order, and consulting and implementation services.– Ability to import and export data from excel and google sheets.– Google calendar and sheets integration.– Transfer all HR and payroll information.– Utilizes google drive for enterprise file storage. preference will be given to solutions allowing direct export and storage routing to google drive.– Preference will be given to solutions where data residency and hosting remain.– Hosting environments must meet or exceed contemporary cybersecurity frameworks.– Ability to query any data field in any subsystem.– Data conversion planning, development, testing and execution, including conversion.– Ability to import timesheets and make changes for sub teachers payroll while the teachers payroll is running.– Ability to pay employees who are in more than one position.– Ability to electronically approve transactions such as payroll, absences and request to hire, purchase orders and accounts payable, including expense claims.(2) The contract period will be for five years.
