The platform must accommodate on-time room reservations outside the regular academic timetable and exam schedule, catering to internal staff bookings, external rentals, departmental events, and cross-referencing between booking owners. The vendor will provide the necessary software, implementation services, and ongoing support to ensure smooth operation. Security features including access controls, authentication, encryption, and audit logging are mandatory in a cloud-based or SaaS hosting environment.
