The City of South Carolina is seeking a vendor to provide and implement a cloud-hosted, commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). The proposed solution will play a key role in enhancing the City's maintenance tracking, improving field service efficiency, managing asset lifecycles, and generating detailed asset performance reports.

The ideal CMMS will offer user-friendly interfaces for maintenance staff, comprehensive mobile capabilities for field operations, effective inventory management, and robust reporting tools to support data-driven decision-making. The selected vendor will be responsible for delivering both the hosted software solution and a full suite of implementation services, including project management, system configuration, data conversion and migration, testing, training, go-live, and post-implementation support.

Data migration requirements encompass data mapping, development of conversion specifications, programming, testing, and successful conversion of the City's existing maintenance history records. Prospective vendors must provide comprehensive support and consultation throughout all project phases. Questions from interested parties must be submitted no later than November 12, 2025.
