The issuing organization seeks a vendor to provide a cloud-delivered Secure Services Edge (SSE) solution, including subscriptions, licensing, support, implementation, integration, migration, testing, training, and related services.

The solution must support modular adoption of SSE capabilities, including Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), Secure Web Gateway (SWG), Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB), and Data Loss Prevention (DLP). It must accommodate heterogeneous agency environments spanning cloud, on-premises, hybrid, legacy, managed, and unmanaged access scenarios.

Implementation services are expected to include development and maintenance of an integrated plan covering initiation, discovery, design, configuration, integration, migration, testing, pilot or proof of concept, deployment, validation, stabilization, transition to operations, and final acceptance. The solution must integrate with state-approved identity providers, identity and access management, networking, cloud, endpoint, security information and event management, logging, monitoring, incident response, and other required services.
