(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based water information management system.– System will replace the current Commercial Off–the–Shelf (COTS) solution that has been in place for 14 years– Provide a modern, responsive, friendly, web–based user interface with a mobile option.– New system will include functionality to collect, store, analyze, and manage data related to water quality, compliance, permits, and other regulatory aspects of water management.– New WIMS solution must be relevant to the diverse operations, data management and regulatory reporting and compliance needs of the City’s Public Utilities Department– Data Entry & Compliance– Dashboards & Reporting– Data, Integration & Interoperability– User Administration, Experience & Accessibility– Hosting, Environment & Vendor Support(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 28, 2025.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
