DESCRIPTION


The city is seeking a vendor to provide a fully hosted, cloud-based Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) and cloud phone solution. The selected vendor will be responsible for delivering a complete end-to-end implementation, including discovery, a comprehensive network assessment, solution design, licensing, configuration, telephone number porting, endpoints, implementation, testing, cutover, documentation, support, maintenance, and coordination with the city’s technology partners and other contractors.

The solution must include softphone, browser, and mobile applications; Microsoft 365 and Entra ID integration; e911 configuration and testing; pilot testing; user acceptance testing; cutover and rollback support; and comprehensive end-user and administrator training. The vendor will also configure multi-level auto attendants and call flows for approximately 10–15 departments and facilities.

Required capabilities include hard desk phones, common-area and lobby phones, conference phones, standalone softphone clients for Windows and macOS, a mobile application, and Microsoft Teams integration.
