(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based traffic video detection system. • Need to supply a secure, cloud–based communications and storage solution • Browser based access shall be provided to users with credentials consisting of a username and password. • The browser interface shall be compatible with a variety of current versions of browsers such as Edge, Chrome and Safari. • Offers an adaptive signal timing solution that uses an adjustable function of delays (truck, transit, vehicle, pedestrian, and cyclist) to optimize traffic signal timings • Uses a hybrid detection system consisting of 2 or more types of sensors • Offers advanced detection at least 100m from the stop bar when provided a clear line of sight • Ability to detect transit vehicles and provide a means for signal priority • Ability to detect people rolling in vehicle and/or bicycle lanes, and multi–use paths, or sidewalks up to 50m in advance of the stop bar • Ability to detect people within crosswalks/cross rides (2) The contract period will be for two years.
