(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based survey and research data collection platform.– Cloud–based survey and research data collection platform that supports institutional use by students, faculty, and staff for academic, administrative, and research purposes.– Provide an intuitive web–based interface for creating, editing, and deploying surveys with no–code and advanced scripting options.– Include collaboration features allowing multiple users with role–based permissions to co–author surveys.– Support anonymous and authenticated survey modes, with authentication via Single Sign–On.– Provide real–time data visualization, dashboards, and exportable reports.– Allow automated reports and scheduled email distribution of analytics outputs.– Support data anonymization and de–identification features for sensitive research data.– Offer screen reader compatibility, keyboard navigation, and alternative text for non–text elements.– Include institution–wide data retention and backup policies configurable by administrators.– Usable on desktop and mobile browsers without requiring app installation.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 12, 2025.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
