(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based student behavioral health electronic records and data management system. • Provide a secure, compliant, and efficient electronic health records and data management system to support school–based behavioral health services • Implement a scalable, user–friendly system that securely manages, stores, and analyzes student behavioral health information; supports billing; and enables data informed decision making • Solution must be fully compliant with FERPA, HIPAA, COPPA, and Code, and integrate seamlessly with the District’s existing information systems. • Enhance behavioral health services by streamlining documentation, case management, and service coordination across school sites. • Improve data integration and reporting for real–time program evaluation and compliance reporting. • Support billing and reimbursement, including alignment to the Multi–Payer Fee Schedule and Medi–Cal protocols. • Provide scalability to expand services within the framework. • Enable staff training and support through onboarding, role–based training, and ongoing technical support. • Single Sign On with SAML or OAuth 2.0. • AERIES SIS integration for roster, demographics, and program data. • Secure API based and flat file interoperability for import and export, with field–level mapping documentation.
