– Vendor needs to provide cloud–based solid waste billing and management system. – Provide a fully customized, cloud–based platform that integrates with existing systems, supports parcel–level billing, and enhances service delivery through automation, analytics, robust ongoing software support, maintenance services, and user–friendly interfaces. – Provide a cloud–based billing and customer service software solution accessible via modern web browsers and mobile devices. – The software must provide integrated tracking and analysis of all billing components and customer concerns across the agency databases. – Provide features for revenue receipts, billing, cashiering, receivables fund reporting, and work management. – Integrate with the Oracle ERP Accounts Receivable platform for billing, monthly reporting, and reconciliation. – Develop and manage a timeline for critical annual billing tasks, including milestones, deliverables, and accountability tracking. – Provide a revenue dashboard that tracks multi–year billing and collection trends, including variance analysis by parcel type, fee type and service category, with data export capabilities. – Support real–time system configuration changes without system downtime.
