Vendor needs to provide cloud–based salesforce customer relationship management software implementation support. Salesforce implementation consultant to support the launch of a new instance of Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software for the Outreach and the Graduate School. Responsible for the full implementation and configuration of the salesforce education cloud and marketing cloud account engagement instance, as well as providing ongoing support throughout the CRM's lifecycle. Include setup and deployment, migration of existing legacy data, and integration into existing systems such as to ensure seamless data exchange for applicants and admitted Students. Establish a CRM platform that enhances student engagement, recruitment, and communication with inquiries while improving data accuracy and operational efficiency to help with the future growth of programs. The contract period will be for three years. All the questions must be submitted no later than February 6, 2026.
