DESCRIPTION

The organization seeks a vendor to provide a cloud-based registration and payment management system. Required features include the ability to list courses, workshops, camps, conferences, and events, as well as a searchable, branded course catalog where users can filter by category, date, or instructor. There must be an option to hide certain events or conferences from public view.

The system should support a shopping cart for multiple registrations in a single transaction, lead tracking to allow prospective students to express interest in specific options, and batch/group registration by employers or administrators. Automated waitlist management, with notification triggers, is essential. Additional requirements include automated notifications for registrations, approvals, cancellations, and financial transactions. The platform must allow generation of secure, shareable payment links for various events and integrate with payment gateways, including CASHNet (Transact) for secure processing of credit cards and electronic checks.

The contract is anticipated to last for three years, and all vendor questions must be submitted by June 8, 2026.
