The City is seeking information from vendors regarding the provision of a cloud-based recreation management software solution designed to enhance user experience, improve operational efficiency, and support long-term growth. The ideal system should be fully hosted in the cloud, mobile-friendly, intuitive for staff and customers, and equipped to address both current and evolving business needs in a cost-effective manner.
The scope encompasses an extensive parks and recreation system managing both seasonal and year-round facilities, with a large volume of programs, rentals, and daily transactions. The desired software must support a range of functionalities, including point-of-sale and payment processing, program and activity registration, league scheduling, membership and pass management, childcare services, facility and equipment scheduling, inventory management, robust reporting and data analytics, and customer engagement tools such as communications and marketing. Additional requirements include residency verification, system integration and data management capabilities including single sign-on, real-time data synchronization, cloud-based storage, and compatibility with municipal systems.
All vendor questions are required to be submitted by June 18, 2026.
