DESCRIPTION
The County is seeking a vendor to provide a cloud-based re-entry management system. The solution must operate on systems protected by the County Information Technology Services-approved antivirus solution with minimal exceptions and support the approved vulnerability scanning agent configured for weekly scans.
Internal applications must use Active Directory for authentication. Public- or Internet-facing applications must also use Active Directory and be compatible with the County’s multi-factor authentication solution. The system must support currently supported versions of Microsoft Windows Server, at a minimum the version immediately preceding the latest supported release, and comply with the County’s Active Directory and MFA requirements.
The solution must also be compatible with the County’s data encryption solution. Any on-premises components that store sensitive information, law enforcement investigation or court-case data, or other legally regulated data must meet the applicable security requirements.
