(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based project management software.– Modern, cloud–based project management platform to help manage the full lifecycle of its capital improvement projects – from planning and design through construction, closeout, and handover.– Implement a user–friendly, centralized project management software platform that improves coordination, efficiency, and transparency across all City departments involved in capital project delivery.– Aims to enhance collaboration between internal staff, consultants, and contractors; ensure accurate and timely project reporting; and strengthen accountability for public funds.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 24, 2025.
