(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based payroll and human resources solutions. – Provide a cloud–based, fully integrated human resources and payroll management system. – The solution must support real–time and batch processing, rules–based automation, and flexible workflows triggered by events, dates, or user–defined logic. – The system should offer modules for payroll, time and attendance, benefits administration, compensation management, position control, applicant tracking, off–time accruals, and organizational charting. – Track employees from recruitment and hiring through HR management, payroll, treasury, and accounting. – The solution must be SaaS–based, open–architecture, and compatible with modern internet browsers. Turnkey implementation services are required. – Provide a fully digital onboarding workflow that allows new hires to submit all required information electronically. – Accurately calculate and track vacation, sick leave, and other benefits. – Provide transparent reporting for management and compliance purposes. • To implement a fully integrated human resources information system (HRIS) encompassing: – Payroll. – Timekeeping and leave management. – Benefits administration. – Position and employee management. – Recruitment and onboarding. – Employee and manager self–service.
