(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based multi–function academic support software.– Providing software solutions supporting one or more of the college’s four strategic categories.– Degree Audit and Student Planning:– Ability to configure messages on screens and within classes to guide users, provide links, and offer support information.– Solution must integrate with colleague to support student enrollment, grades, attendance, holds, room and faculty scheduling conflicts, chosen and preferred names, faculty pay, and general ledger and project accounting.– Solution must integrate with a bookstore vendor system to enable students to access and purchase required course materials.– Course Demand and Analytics:– Solution must provide robust analytics to support data–driven academic scheduling and long–term course planning.– Solution must support both automated and manual creation of academic schedules across the institution.– Map student pathways and course sequences aligned to program requirements and graduation timelines.– Faculty Availability Excel Template:– Provide secure authentication via the college’s single sign–on platform.– Availability scheduling.– Automatically send an email confirmation for initial entries and subsequent updates.– Faculty Credential Repository and Profile Management:– The application must display a comprehensive credential profile for each faculty member.– Track and display audit status, history, and resolution progress.– Visual dashboards showing qualification distribution across departments.– Course assignment risk analysis and gap analysis for upcoming semesters.– Solution must be integrated as the system of record for faculty data.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 26,2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
