(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based mobile fingerprinting scanners and software.– Provide an all–in–one electronic fingerprint capture and control software and mobile fingerprint scanners including a photo capture module to allow for the electronic processing of fingerprints.– Provide a secure software as a solution (SaaS) for storage and retrieval of information and Where youth in care are being housed.– System shall be a fully integrated digital evidence system that includes the ability to upload, store, retrieve, manage, redact, and disseminate still digital images.– Maintain the software to include fixing defects, application software, tools, capabilities, and databases for the software applications, backend integrations with agency databases (e.g. APIs), and related functionality in support of the user community.– Store data in a non–proprietary, readily accessible format.– Fingerprint System shall interface with the ISP fingerprint identification system called automatic biometric information system and continue to interface.– Capability to download applicable demographic information for client validation provided by the online criminal background check system and referenced by a transaction control number.– Ability to download video for storage on other devices (DVD, thumb drive, etc.) and prove authenticity if challenged in court.– Fingerprint solution shall be a portable device to be connected with or without a wire to a state–owned laptop or mobile device.(2) The contract period will be for four year.
