(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based laboratory information management system.– Comprehensive Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) solution for its clinical laboratory.– Utilized by various sections within the laboratory for efficient management, analysis, and reporting of laboratory data.– System shall allow the ability to use an existing sample in a new request.– System shall support configurable request templates. templates shall be configurable based on client business rules.– System shall have the ability to import data files in multiple formats to support various functionality, i.e. test request creation, data tables populated, create new system records, etc.– Ability to mass delete and suspend received test requests which never had a sample received to test against.– System shall provide viewing and printing capabilities for all data, with robust and user–friendly search capabilities.– Provide the ability to assign user–defined metadata fields for each sample type.– System shall not contain redundant fields requiring updating in multiple areas. Samples in the system can be assigned to one or more workflows and tests.– System shall provide the ability to configure storage locations together with attributes about each location.– System shall have the ability to barcode samples and also containers where multiple samples are stored.– Data entry shall be configurable such that one or more elements can be included in any data entry field.– System shall support branching workflows to enforce business rules. Branching workflows can be applied to any process in the system.– System must support multi–sample data entry for one or many selected tests in addition to a single sample.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 6, 2025.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on October 30,2025.(4) The contract period will be for two years.
