(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based intranet solution. – The SCDA, while switching to an independent 365 tenancy and Azure environment, is seeking to maximize usage of different Microsoft products through building a Microsoft–based cloud intranet for attorney, support, and investigative staff. – The SCDA requires the utilization of closed–system solutions for generative AI applications in compliance with legal ethics standards– The intranet will integrate directly with other M365 applications, such as SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Whiteboard, and other Power Automate or Power Apps workflows.– Integration with future Copilot, OCR, MS Dynamics, and other AI Azure solutions.– Integrate with existing robot process automation (RPA) processes as a landing screen for staff to trigger these automations, on a permissions–specific basis.– Robot process automation (RPA) and API integrations with third–party cloud–based software platforms.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 14, 2025.(3) Pre–proposal conference will be held on November 13, 2025.
