The required solution must incorporate closed-system generative AI applications that comply with legal ethics standards. Direct integration with Microsoft 365 applications—such as SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Whiteboard—and workflows built in Power Automate or Power Apps is essential. The intranet should facilitate future enhancements, including Copilot, OCR, MS Dynamics, and other Azure-based AI solutions.
