(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based insurance review, tracking and management solution. • Able to handle on average 80 projects a year that require insurance review, at initial close, renewal period during construction, final close. • Provide a database for tracking and storing insurance certificates for Department that would have access to that would include tracking • Able to handle electronic files. • Ability to review all written communication between the vendor and the borrowers/developers through email correspondence. • Utilizes for managing tracking and follow up of certificates of insurance (i.e. Excel, cloud–based, web–based portal, etc.).
